According to the latest statistics released by the World Bank in 2024,in the ranking of the world's GDP in 1962, United States ranked first in terms of GDP, with a total economic volume of $605.1 billion; Former Soviet Union ranked second in terms of GDP, with a total economic volume of $216.56 billion; United Kingdom ranked third in terms of GDP, with a total economic volume of $81.25 billion; France ranked fourth in terms of GDP, with a total economy of $75.61 billion; and Japan, with a total economy of $60.72 billion, ranked fifth in GDP.
